A project consists of organizing actions over time for the pursuit of the predefined purpose. And we take care of just that. Each project consists of several phases: start, definition and planning, execution, implementation, control and conclusion. All stages are followed by the Investitu team.

We prefer to respect the privacy of our customers and not display the works done for them. Among the investments carried out with our capital there are individual apartments and multi-family buildings with more units, both sold and made available for passive income.

We have added the redevelopment of various hotel activities and foreign investments to our portfolio.

We work on booking, full time, with a limited number of projects to follow at the same time.
