02. Research: once the key points have been defined, Investitu starts the phase of selection and first choice of the opportunities that match your objectives and then presents you with three options to choose from.

03. Constant updating
You will be able to have continuous information on the progress of existing transactions through periodic reports.

How much?

An engagement fee and a percentage of the transaction.

An example?
You want to buy a property between 250,000 and 500,000 Euros:Engagement fee 3,000 Euros (which includes three investment proposals identified on the basis of the approved strategy)+ 5% on the value of the transaction.
